We’re Lindsay and Eric, and we have been perfecting the martini since 2013. It has been our favorite cocktail. While Eric ventures out sometimes and gets his other favorite cocktail, the Negroni, I will not order anything else, even if there are incredible cocktails on the menu. There’s just something about a martini.
Because we talk about this cocktail incessantly to family and friends, they told us we should start a blog.

Lindsay’s martini of choice is made with Monkey 47 gin with bleu cheese stuffed olives. Her favorite part about this classic cocktail is the first sip. There’s nothing like that cold, refreshing taste. In her spare time she likes to read, go on long walks, listen to reality tv recap podcasts, and taste test meals Eric cooks.
